Coats, knitwear, and layers ship in XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Beanies are one size. Email us if you need a measurement that is not on the product page.
Coats are wool or a heavier cloth. Sweaters are knit. Parkas and vests use a down or quilted fill. Specs for each style are on the product page.
Dry clean wool coats and sweaters. Wash fleece and flannel cold and lay them flat to dry. Do not tumble-dry wool.
Yes. Fleece and shirts sit under down jackets and coats. Scarves are meant to be worn with the outerwear.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund.
Yes. Standard, express, and overnight shipping are available. Times are listed on the shipping page.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping delivers within 1 business day.
We do our best to match colors to the photos. Screens vary. If an item arrives and the color is clearly off, send it back unworn within 30 days.
